What can you do to appease your inner storm in the shortest time possible? Do it-till it takes less and less time. Let go of everything.
The above had been a rehearsal for your possible sudden death. We either face death abruptly rudely or with ample time to prepare for it. It is arrogant to assume we will be dying through the latter way. Nothing-absolutely nothing, can help you except your spiritual practice at the time of your death.
